Here is an overview of my phone screen time and pick ups between 30th December 2024- 5th January 2025.

After uncovering that while listening to Spotify through Apple Play in my car, or using maps this contributes to your screen time, while yes, on Monday we listened to music in the car, during most other days my screen time was minimal, therefore resulting in a low average for the week of 34 screen time minutes per day.

I continue to work on ‘block scheduling’ my admin work and therefore have further reduced my average pick ups per day.

Messages drive almost 25% of my total pick ups, which I will need to sit down at some point and figure out how I get all messages to show as a banner as currently on some do and I am not sure why.
