27th January - 2nd February 2025

Here is an overview of my phone screen time and pick ups between 27th January - 2nd February 2025.

This was the ideal week. All the work from over the past few weeks have come together and here we are… 24 minutes average screen time per day.

Not using Maps, essentially makes the difference and it would be less if it wasn’t for travelling to drop my elder daughter off at her friends at the weekend while listening to Spotify,

I feel ‘pick ups’ can still be decreased further through administering tasks in blocks versus instantaneously when the message is received.

Going forwards I am still going to screenshot my screen time weekly, but will post updates on a monthly basis.
