16th - 22nd December 2024

Here is an overview of my phone screen time and pick ups between 16th - 22nd December 2024.

My screen time is down 2 minutes versus last week. This was a great result, being the last week of work before the Christmas break.

What has become evident is the consistency since coming back from overseas. I am struggling to get my screen time sub 30 minutes, however this maybe due to the current events in my life or my work pattern. While this is still my goal I am very comfortable at this level time spent on my phone.

This was also a result I was very happy with. What surprises me and it looks like an error, is the ‘most pickups’ was apparently Monday with 106, however the graph suggests different, being Sunday, which when digging deeper, 59 times seems excessive for one app on a day.

There will be more regards to this in next week’s update, however, thinking back, I was scoping out the location of a car (hint, hint,) which I wanted to look at the start of the following week.
